Good to know

Questions buyers ask

Do you sell Western Red Cedar to the trade?

Yes. North Enderby Timber is a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of Western Red Cedar — decking, siding, trim, and fencing — for lumber yards, distributors, builders, and contractors. Contact our sales team for orders, pricing, and lead times.

Where can I buy cedar near the North Okanagan and Shuswap?

Our mill is on Highway 97A in Enderby, BC, between Armstrong and Salmon Arm. We supply cedar across British Columbia and Western Canada. Reach the sales team at (250) 838-9668 or sales@netimber.ca.

What grades do you offer?

Our decking is graded to Select Decking — both an appearance grade and a structural grade. Decking and siding are produced to Select Tight Knot (STK), milled from interior second-growth cedar for small, tight knots and a light, bright board.

Is the cedar available green or kiln-dried?

Both, depending on the product. Decking is offered green or kiln-dried; our bevel siding and Richwood V-joint panels are kiln-dried. Ask the sales team about a specific item.

Do you do custom manufacturing?

Yes. Beyond our standard decking, siding, trim, and fencing lines, we run custom cedar products to spec. Get in touch with the sales team to discuss your requirements.

Is your cedar sustainably and legally sourced?

Yes. We are PEFC Chain-of-Custody certified and procure only logs and lumber from legal sources supplied by reputable vendors. We are members of the Pacific Lumber Inspection Bureau (PLIB) and the Interior Lumber Manufacturers Association (ILMA).
